1. Agreement to Terms
Where the content states: “We” or “Us” or “Our” includes ORECOHOST or any party acting on ORECOHOST’s implicit instructions. “You” or “Your” or “Reseller” or “client” or “customer” includes the person purchasing the services and/or any party acting on the customer’s instructions.
ORECOHOST reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting. By using any portion of ORECOHOST's service, you are agreeing to this service agreement entirely.
Service Term
Delivery
We aim to deliver all goods as soon as signup is complete. If delayed, you will be informed via email or telephone. Payment is deducted when services are delivered.
Communication
Our trading hours are 365 Days a Year, 24/7. Normally we will respond within 1 hour of receiving your enquiry.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our support department. If the problem cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a refund within 30 Days.
SLA & Domain Conditions
99.95% Uptime Guarantee
If your service drops below 99.95% uptime in any given month, you will be credited with one free month. Claim must be made within 7 days.
Free Domain Offer
- Available with premium hosting on yearly payments
- Minimum hosting term of 3 months applies
- Applicable to .com, .net, .biz domains only
Hosting Terms & Policies
Backups: Orecohost takes daily backups but they are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for their own data. Restoration fee is $22/one-time.
Grounds for Termination
- • Adult/Pornographic content
- • Unsolicited bulk email (Spam)
- • Breaking security / Hacking
- • Copyrighted material distribution
- • Forge or mis-represent headers
- • Warez, cracks or pirated software
- • Excessive resource usage
- • Phishing or fraudulent content
Liability & Warranty
OrecoHost MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THE SERVICE AND ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED ARE ON AN “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THEY WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Cancellation & Payments
Shared/Reseller: Suspended after 4 days, terminated after 30 days of past due invoice.
VPS: Suspended after 4 days, terminated after 7 days.
Dedicated: Suspended immediately upon overdue invoice.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the client area. Paypal subscriptions must be cancelled by the user.
